A Better, Self-Reliant Tomorrow for Barkatha

Every village. Every family. Every voice.

My journey began in Chiglabar Middle School. Hard work took me to BIT Sindri, IIT Kanpur, SCI, entrepreneurship and public life. I have come back so the next generation of Barkatha can dream bigger without leaving opportunity behind.

“Politics is not a career for me. It is a responsibility to give back to the people and the land that shaped my family.”

They say politics is dirty, but we cannot keep it clean by keeping educated people away from it.

I have come forward with education, experience and a clean intention. Now Barkatha has the opportunity to support a politics built on capability, honesty and public service.

Merit over privilege

Earned, not inherited

As the son of a former MLA, Hitendra Kumar could have depended on family influence. Instead, he chose the harder route: competitive education, national-level selection and an all-India government-sector role earned on merit.

Former MLA, Barkatha

Late Sukhdeo Yadav

A legacy of public service

Carrying forward the values of Late Sukhdeo Yadav.

Hitendra Kumar’s public life is rooted in the legacy of his father, Late Sukhdeo Yadav, who served as MLA from Barkatha Assembly Constituency. That legacy is not just a family memory; it is a responsibility to remain accessible, listen with respect, and stand with ordinary families.

01

Service

A politics centered on people’s everyday needs.

02

Trust

A familiar bond with Barkatha’s villages and families.

03

Responsibility

A modern commitment to continue that public work.

Vision for Barkatha

A Barkatha where families can dream without leaving home.

Development should be felt in ordinary life: a son finding work nearby, a daughter studying with confidence, a patient getting help on time, and every family being heard with dignity.

Work near home

No parent should watch their child leave only because Barkatha could not offer a dignified earning opportunity.

Education that opens doors

Career guidance, digital access and skill training so village students can compete with confidence.

Services without helplessness

Roads, transport, water, electricity and healthcare should not become a daily struggle for ordinary families.

Dignity for every family

No village, caste, religion, gender or economic condition should decide who gets heard first.
